Currently, my queue is quite long. Waiting list has to wait for a little while before the absolute starting time comes
and I have to accept only some projects. If you're interested in my commission you should inform me about your project and deadline on Twitter or Email 2-3 months in advance.

Term of services

GENERAL

• Please contact me through Gmail or Twitter to request rigging commission. Please infrom me that you're induvidual or enterpise client, which tier you are prefer to hire, Character design, Deadline and Rigging references
• The price may increase from the base price according to the model complexity.
• I may receive the waitlist that may looks interesting, high quality separation or fixable artist (Cut more parts).
• Free model parting consult for model artist
• Free minor rig revisions while rigging process, Free rigging bug fix from my mistake for life time
• Can't change micro rig after the model have been sent and confrimed
• Please make sure that client has already provide all model add-ons and information before start the work.
• Client can't add more add-ons when the rig is started (Depend on my consideration to not affect to other queue)

REVISIONS

• I'll rig your model in my styles, if you needs me to rig on your art style. Please prepare your ilustration guide and infrom me in advance. (Changing after the riged model will charge extra price)Additional price for revisions after comfirming the rigged model
• Change overall model movement that's not in my rigging style (Required quide) +75% of full price
Please check my rigging style carefully before hiring, I'll rig in high-range movement (depend on package) and middle bouncy physics. If you DON'T prefer my rigging style please looking for other rigger,
• Change minor model movement such as Eyes , Mouth or Physics +3% of full price
• Replace art part after it's rigged +$10/ part
• Edit Animation or Expression +$10 / one
• Change overall model movement that not in my rigging style (Required quide) +75% of full price
• Change minor model movement such as Eyes , mouth or Physics +3% of full price•
• Replace art part after it's rigged +$10/ part

Payment

• Payment will be accepted through Paypal, Wise, Mastercard and Banktransfer(Swift code) in USD currency :
• Clients have to pay the deposit of 50% before start the work and pay the rest before work is done (In case of the price is lower than 500$ Clients have to pay in full to start the work)
• Installment payment is accepted In case of the price is higher than $2000 Clients can separate payment the deposit of 40% to start the work and then pay the rest 20% 20% 10% 10% every month untill the project has end.
• I won't begin work until at least half of the total commission price has been paid
• Client have to pay fee

DEADLINES AND DELIVERY

• Deliver only Live2d exported file (.moc) Live2D rigging project file (.cmo) is not included, If you need the Live2D rigging raw file for personal editing, you have to pay thrice from rigging price.
• Delivery time depend on the package and the model complexity
• Please note that I will not deliver the finished file until the work has been fully paid for.

RIGHTS

• All packages are ready for commercial use such as advertising, live broadcasting, exposure for income, etc
• DO NOT giveaway my .Moc file for FREE in public without notifing me before hiring.
• I have permission to public the rigging showcase with Vtuber and Artst credit after debuted. If cilent don't want to reveal it. Please notify me in advance.
• Working details will be Confidential in every process.
If cilent allow me to post the W.I.P on twitter on live steam it's will get 100$ discount!
• Please give me credits in your bio or description, DO NOT claim that you're rig by yourself
• Selling the model to other owner 1:1 is acceptable but DO NOT sell in multiple amount

COMMUNICATION

• We can discuss on your most convinient social media via Twitter, Email or Discord.
• I'll update your work every 10 days for long term project.

Preparing your .PSD file

• Please prepare your .PSD file.PSD model file must be ready in your reserved queue come.
• I may deny that queue when it's not-ready to rig or I'll start other queue they're ready first. Cilent have to wait until that project ends.
• Please make sure that your model artist accept to cut more parts or they aleady separate the parts in high quality.
• I will review your .PSD file before start rigging, i may require your artist to seperate more parts or fix minor things.
• Please don't merge Line art, Lighting, Shadow, Details colors and Base color layers for clothes parts.
• Please name the layers in EN/JP and separate part to left and right
• Beware layers effect! Live2D can use only Normal, Multiply and Glow(Screen)
• After model have rigged, Cilent can change the art parts for Free only 2 revisions. The next revisions clients have to pay a deposit of 5%-20% for additional revisions.

ข้อตกลงในการว่าจ้าง

ทั่วไป

• กรุณาติดต่อว่าจ้างงานทาง Email หรือ Twitter เนื้อหาประกอบไปด้วย : คุณเป็นลูกค้าบริษัทหรือส่วนตัว, Tier ที่ต้องการจ้าง, Character sheet, รายละเอียดการริกที่ต้องการ (คลิป), นิสัยของโมเดล และ Deadline ที่ต้องการ ทางเราจะตอบกลับภายใน 3 วัน - 1 สัปดาห์
• ราคาอาจจะเพิ่มขึ้นอยู่กับรายละเอียดของโมเดลและบรีฟที่ต้องการ
• เนื่องจากมีรีเควสเข้ามาจำนวนมากทางเราจำเป็นต้องเลือกรับงาน จาก ความน่าสนใจ โมเดลที่แยกพาร์ทมาเยอะ และนักวาดที่สามารถแก้ไขพาร์ทงานเพิ่มเติมได้ ต้องขออภัยในความไม่สะดวกด้วยนะคะ (สำหรับบริษัทหากสามารถให้ทางเราติดต่อแก้ไขกับนักวาดได้รับทุกรีเควสค่ะ)
• สามารถให้ทางนักวาดปรึกษาการแยกพาร์ทกับทางเราหลังตกลงงานและมัดจำได้ฟรี
• สามารถแก้ไขงานได้ฟรีตลอดขั้นตอนการริก ยกเว้นการแก้ไขภาพวาดของโมเดลโดยคำขอจากผู้ว่าจ้าง จำเป็นต้องจ่ายเงินเพิ่มค่ะ ดังนั้นรบกวนเช็คไฟล์ภาพวาดให้ดี ก่อนตกลงว่าจ้างด้วยนะคะ หากรับโมเดลเรียบร้อยแล้วเจอบัค ทางเราแก้ไขให้ฟรีตลอดการใช้งาน (ในนามลูกค้าที่ติดต่อว่าจ้างทางเราเท่านั้น) เป็นการซื้อโมเดลของทางเราจากผู้อื่นจะไม่รับผิดชอบในส่วนนี้นะคะ
• ไม่สามารถแก้ไข การริกโดยรวม หลังจากยืนยันและรับงานไปแล้ว สไตล์การริกของทางเราจะเน้นการหันเยอะ ขยับเยอะ ดังนั้นจะมีการบิดภาพโมเดลค่อนข้างมาก และ ฟิสิกส์เด้งดึ๋ง หากชอบสไตล์การขยับน้อย เน้นขยับช้า ๆ ฟิสิกส์ซอฟ ไม่แนะนำเป็นอย่างยิ่งค่ะ!
• รบกวนเช็ครายละเอียดงานก่อนว่าจ้าง ว่าบรีฟงานครบถ้วนทุกอย่างแล้ว ก่อนเริ่มงาน จะไม่สามารถเพิ่มเติมรีเควสหลังจากทางเราเริ่มงานได้ เนื่องจากอาจจะส่งผลต่อคิวของลูกค้าท่านอื่นระยะยาว ขออภัยในความไม่สะดวกด้วยนะคะ (ขึ้นอยู่กับการพิจราณาของทางเราอีกครั้ง)

การเตรียมไฟล์ภาพ

• กรุณาเตรียมไฟล์ .PSD ของท่านมาเอง โดยไฟล์โมเดล ต้องเสร็จในช่วงเวลาที่ถึงคิวของท่าน มิเช่นนั่นจะขออนุญาตยกเลิกหรือข้ามคิวนะคะ
• เช็คให้แน่ใจก่อนว่านักวาดของท่านสามารถแยกพาร์ทโมเดลเพิ่มเติมได้ หรือ มีประสบการณ์ในการวาดแยกพาร์ทขั้นสูง เช่น เก็บรายละเอียดในทุกส่วนที่มองไม่เห็น แยกทุกพาร์ทออกจากกัน แยกแสงเงา ให้กับเครื่องประดับ และเสื้อผ้าเป็นต้น
• ทางเราจะตรวจสอบ .PSD ไฟล์ของท่านก่อนเริ่มทำงาน ในขั้นตอนนี้อาจจะขอให้นักวาดแยกส่วนมาเพิ่ม หรือแก้ไขจุดเล็กน้อย
• กรุณา อย่าให้นักวาดรวม (Merge) เลเยอร์ Line art, Light, Shadow, Details colors, Bace color layers สำหรับเสื้อผ้า เด็ดขาด เผื่อทางเราจะรีเควสเพิ่มเติมเพื่อทำชิ้นส่วนกึ่ง 3D ค่ะ
• กรุณาตั้งชื่อเลเยอร์ในภาษาอังกฤษเท่านั้น!!
• ระวังการใช้เอฟเฟคในโปรแกรมวาดภาพด้วยนะคะ! Live2D ใช้ได้แค่ Multiply Normal และ Glow(Screen) เท่านั้น!
• ตรวจสอบภาพวาด ดีเทลต่าง ๆ ของท่านให้แน่ชัด หากมีการเปลี่ยนชิ้นส่วนภาพวาด จากความต้องการของผู้ว่าจ้าง จะมีการคิดราคาเพิ่มต่อพาร์ทด้วยนะคะ เนื่องจากคอมที่ใช้ Render ทำงานหนัก กินทรัพยากรเครื่องมาก คอมอาจจะขิต / บางส่วนต้องริกใหม่ค่ะ
• หากมี Emote ยกแขน ถือของ หรือ Sticker เช่น เหงือตก หน้ามืด กรุณาให้นักวาดเตรียมมาด้วยนะคะ หรือถ้า Sticker ง่าย ๆ เช่น หน้าแดง หน้ามืด เอฟเฟคน่ารัก ๆ ทางเราพอทำให้ได้อยู่ค่ะ

สิทธิ

• สามารถใช้โมเดลได้ใน เชิงพาณิชย์ ทั้งการขายสินค้า การโฆษณา Two shot การทำ PV ทุกอย่างที่ท่านได้กำไร จากโมเดล เต็มที่!
• แต่ ห้ามแจกจ่ายโมเดลฟรีสู่สาธาณะ เพราะโมเดลประกอบไปด้วยความรู้ในแต่ละโมเดลนั้น ๆ ท่านอื่นสามารถนำไปศึกษาต่อได้ หากต้องการแจกจ่ายโมเดล ต้องการจ้างเป็นโมเดลแจกกรุณาแจ้งก่อนเริ่มงานเสมอ
• ทุกงานที่ทางเราทำมีโอกาสนำไปทำ Showcase rigging โดยโปรโมทชื่อ ผู้ว่าจ้าง/Vtuber และให้เครดิตกับทางนักวาดเสมอหลังจากที่ท่าน ปล่อยผลงานสู่สาธารณะ เรียบร้อยแล้ว หากไม่ต้องการให้ทำ กรุณาแจ้งก่อน
• ข้อมูลผลงานที่ทำทุกอย่างจะเป็นความลับ (หากจ้างผ่าน Vgen จะได้รับส่วนลด $100 / 3,000 บาท ในกรณีที่ท่านสามารถให้เรา Livestream ผลงาน หรือโพส W.I.P ระหว่างทำในทวิตเตอร์ได้)
• กรุณาให้เครดิต Rigger ในที่ที่สามารถเห็นได้ตามที่ท่านสะดวก กรุณาไม่ Claim ผลงานว่าทำเอง
• สามารถเรียกทางเราว่า คุณบันริ / ป๊ะป๊า / ม๊ะม๊า อื่น ๆ ได้ตามสะดวก ยินดีค่ะ (/ / • /ω/ • / /)
• สามารถส่งต่อ (ขาย) โมเดลที่เราริกได้ต่อได้แบบ 1:1 ในราคาใดก็ได้ตามที่ท่านสะดวก (อย่าลืมเช็คกับทางนักวาดอีกทีนะคะ)
แต่ ไม่อนุญาตให้ขายโมเดลเป็นไฟล์จำนวนมากได้ หากต้องการขายจำนวนมาก กรุณาติดต่อสอบถามก่อนนะคะ

การจ่ายเงิน

• ผู้ว่าจ้างจำเป็นต้องจ่ายมัดจำ 50% ก่อนเริ่มงาน และจ่ายที่เหลือหลังจากงานเสร็จเรียบร้อยแล้วเพื่อรับไฟล์
• ในกรณีที่ราคาต่ำกว่า 5,000 บาท ผู้ว่าจ้างจำเป็นต้องจ่ายราคาเต็มเพื่อเริ่มงาน
• ในกรณีที่ราคางานมากกว่า 40,000 บาท ผู้ว่าจ้างสามารถแบ่งจ่ายมัดจำ 40% เพื่อเริ่มงาน หลังจากนั้นจ่าย 20% 20% 10% 10% เป็นระยะเวลา 5 เดือน ในวันที่ที่ตกลงกันได้จนกว่าจะสิ้นสุดโปรเจค
• หากราคาสูงกว่า 20,000 บาท ทางเราขออนุญาตขอข้อมูลผู้ว่าจ้างประกอบใบเสนอราคา โดยการันตรีข้อมูลผู้ว่าจ้างจะเป็นความลับจากบุคคลที่สามแน่นอนและไม่หลุดสู่ภายนอก และไม่ทำการค้นหาข้อมูลใด ๆ ที่ได้รับมาจากตัวท่านเอง (โดยท่านจะได้รับข้อมูลของทางเราครบถ้วนเช่นกัน ขอให้รักษาความเป็นส่วนตัวของทางนี้เช่นกันนะคะ)
• ทางเราจะไม่เริ่มงานจนกว่าได้รับมัดจำ 50% และไม่ส่งงานจนกว่าจะได้รับเงินครบเต็มจำนวน (หากท่านมีปัญหาทางด้านการเงินจริง ๆ ทางเราสามารถส่งงานในส่วนที่ริก ตามจำนวนเงินที่ได้รับมา และตัดบางฟังก์ชั่นออก)

การแก้ไข

• ทางเราจะริกโมเดลของท่านในสไตล์ของเรา หากมีส่วนไหนที่ไม่ต้องการให้ทำ เช่น อย่าริกหน้าอกเด้งเกินไป อยากให้โมเดลดูสุขุม อยากให้โมเดลดูนุ่มฟู กรุณาแจ้งก่อนล่วงหน้า หากมีการปรับเปลี่ยนหลังทำเสร็จจะมีค่าแก้ไขงานเพิ่มเติมนะคะราคาการแก้ไขโมเดลหลังจากยืนยันและรับไฟล์แล้วมีดังต่อไปนี้• แก้ไขการริกภาพรวมไปในสไตล์ที่แตกต่างจากความถนัดของทางเรา เช่น ให้ขยับน้อยลง ห้ามบิดโมเดลเยอะ เปลี่ยนฟิสิกส์ทั้งหมด แก้ไขอนาโตมี่ของงานทั้งหมด (กรุณาเตรียมไกด์ที่เป็นภาพวาดมาด้วยนะคะ) +75% ของราคาโมเดลทั้งหมด
• เปลี่ยน การขยับโมเดลเล็กน้อย เช่น ส่วนของตา ปาก ฟิสิกส์เล็กน้อย +3% ต่อส่วน ของราคาทั้งหมด
• Replace ภาพโมเดลหลังจากริกเสร็จ +300 บาท / พาร์ท
• แก้ไขอนิเมชั่นหรืออีโมทสีหน้า +300 บาท / พาร์ท

กำหนดส่งงาน และ การส่งงาน

• ทางเราจะส่งไฟล์ให้แค่ไฟล์ที่สามารถใช้ในการขยับโมเดลได้เท่านั้น (.moc) ไฟล์ดิบที่เป็นขั้นตอนการทำจะไม่ทำการส่งให้ เนื่องจากป้องกันการนำส่วนต่าง ๆ ที่ริกแล้วนำไปใช้กับโมเดลอื่น เช่น Deformer, Artmesh, Rotation และ อื่น ๆ
• ทางผู้ว่าจ้างโปรดระวังการส่งต่อ (.moc) ไฟล์โมเดลของตนเองให้ผู้อื่น นั่นหมายความว่าผู้อื่นสามารถขโมยโมเดลของคุณไปใช้ได้
• ระยะเวลาการทำงานขึ้นอยู่กับความละเอียดของโมเดลและ Tier ยิ่งเป็นรีเควสที่ไม่เคยทำ ยิ่งต้องการ 3D เยอะ จะใช้ระยะเวลานานเพื่อศึกษา

การสื่อสาร

สามารถคุยงานกับทางเราได้ผ่านทางช่องทางที่ท่านสะดวกที่สุด เช่น อีเมล Discord หรือ ทวิตเตอร์ ขอยกเว้นช่องทาง Line และ Facebook ไว้นะคะ หากมีการติดต่อกับนักวาดด้วยในระยะยาว สามารถติดต่อผ่านทาง Discord จะดีที่สุดค่ะ
